This site collects the minimal amount of information necessary from the connecting client in order to provide information about the sites contents. IPDevNet does NOT utilize third party Analytics or Ads that would target the individual anonymously, directly or indirectly.
The hosting platform that serves IPDevNet and AutomateMyIP collects access logs which are processed every 24 hours to collect statistics and are then deleted. The access logs include such information as:
- IP Address
- Browser type/ Browser-version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Host Name of the users computer
- Time of the visit
General logs are collected by the servers that displays client IP and what website/files are accessed. Logs are not sent or reviewed by any third-parties. General logs are saved on the server and are compressed and archived periodically. The archived logs are deleted on an irregular basis, as space is needed. IPDevNet and AutomateMyIP do not sell or provide logs or collected information to any third party and does not use collected information for mailers or unsolicited communications.
Any and all communication with IPDevNet is considered voluntary. IPDevNet does not currently solicit the client for personal information. Emails sent to IPDevNet are provided by the client through the clients email application. Any email sent to any email published in this site for the purposes of obtaining additional information or for downloading software will be considered your explicit consent that agents of IPDevNet or AutomateMyIP may contact you via email with download instruction. If you do not wish to send us an email to obtain the download instructions, you may NOT download the IPDevNet software presented on this site without first obtaining explicit permission from IPDevNet. To obtain explicit download permission you MUST contact us at the email specified receive the download URL and credentials via email.
If you do not agree with these terms then you may not use the freeware or shareware contained and you should not request permission to download our software. Your IP will be maintained during 24 hours period that logs are processed before archival and will be removed after processing.

IPDEVNET MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE FREEWARE OR SHAREWARE SOFTWARE IS FREE OF ERROR, OR IS CONSISTENT WITH ANY PARTICULAR STANDARD OF MERCHANT-ABILITY, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR APPLICATION. IPDEVNET ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR OR TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS OF THE PROCEDURES AND FUNCTIONS WHICH MAKE UP THE SOFTWARE. THIS SOFTWARE OR SCRIPT IS NOT COVERED OR SUPPORTED UNDER THE BT IPCONTROL, SAPPHIRE, OR IMAGECONTROL SUPPORT MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS. BT DOES NOT PROVIDE UPDATES TO THIS SOFTWARE OR SCRIPT IN CONJUNCTION WITH NORMAL IPCONTROL, SAPPHIRE, OR IMAGECONTROL RELEASES. USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ENTIRELY AT LICENSEE’S OWN RISK.
